Phan Boi Chau Memorial House
Phan Boi Chau is a patriotic activist who is widely known in Japan, particularly best known through the "Go East" (Dong Du) Movement. During his time in Japan, Phan Boi Chau was not only supported by Japanese political leaders, but also locals who contributed to accelerate and support his activities.

The Phan Boi Chau Memorial House consist of the great patriot's tomb, exhibition house where memorabilia are displayed, reconstructed house and  memorial stele of Vietnam - Japan relation donated by some kind-hearted Japanese people on 100th death anniversary of Doctor Asaba Shakitaro. The friendship of Mr. Asaba Shakitaro and Vietnamese patriot Phan Boi Chau is a glamorous proof for Vietnam - Japan relation in the Twentieth century. 

On March 4 afternoon, Japanese Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko visited Phan Boi Chau Memorial House located in Truong An ward, Hue city.

Japanese Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko were very happy to visit Phan Boi Chau Memorial House and meet Mr. Phan Thieu Cat - the 3rd generation descendant of Phan Boi Chau. On this visit, Japanese Emperor and Empress have chance to get to know about Phan Boi Chau life, his friends and comrades who were by his side to fight for the only goal national independence.
