  • About 7 kilometers from the center of Hue City, 3 kilometers far from Nam Giao Esplanade, the 28-hectare Huyen Tran Culture Center at the foot of Ngu Phong Mountain is famous for its splendid landscapes and its solemn atmosphere for pilgrims to express love and gratitude to Princess Huyen Tran of the Tran Dynasty.

  • Diem Phung Thi (1920-2002), a Vietnamese – French sculptor, returned to Vietnam in 1993, is a member of the prestigious European Academy for Science, Literature and Arts. Her villa, where exhibits 50 artworks shipped from France shortly before her death, 36 works created in Hue after her return to Vietnam and another 60 works, is now a museum dedicating her life and proprietary of Hue City Museum.

  • Le Ba Dang is a Vietnamese-born painter who was listed as one of the most valuable academics of the 20th century by the International Biography Centre at Cambridge University. Diem Phung Thi is a published Vietnamese sculptress who was a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and listed in the Larousse Dictionary of Twentieth Century History.

  • There exists a little village located near the nice and poetic Perfume River in Phu Mau Commune, Phu Vang District, about 10 km downstream from Hue City and opposite to the ancient town of Bao Vinh named Thanh Tien. The village is famous for its traditional craft of making paper flowers with its history lasting over 300 years.
