On July 6th, 2022, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province signed decision no. 1578/QD-UBND giving the private-owned museum called Cecile Le Pham Fine Arts (53 Ham Nghi street, Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province) permission to operate.

Founded by Ms. Cecile Le Pham, an overseas Vietnamese residing in France, Cecile Le Pham Fine Arts Museum is located in a large area (2.000m²). Although Ms. Cecile Le Pham is commonly known as the owner of a lovely French restaurant or coffee shop, she possesses a treasure of diverse  antiquities and artworks.

As registered, Cecile Le Pham museum has 154 documents and artifacts displayed in two main themes

- Theme 1: Asian Buddhist fine arts - multi-dimensional approaches;

- Theme 2: Vietnamese traditional folk religion

The museum is equipped with artificial lightning system (light), ventilation and cooling system (fan) and audio-visual equipment (LED screen, projector, etc). Equipment, interior design and display method help ensure the quality and operation of the museum.
