THE CELEBRATION OF THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE COMPLEX OF HUE MONUMENTS (1993-2023), THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF NHA NHAC-VIETNAMESE COURT MUSIC (2003-2023) ACKNOWLEDGED AS THE WORLD HERITAGES BY UNESCO, AND THE ART PROGRAM “ANCIENT HUE’S HERITAGES-TRANSMISSION AND CONVERGENCE”
On May 9, 2023, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province issued Plan No. 174/KH-UBND to celebrate the 30th anniversary (1993 - 2023) of Hue Monuments Complex and 20 years (2003 - 2023). Vietnam Royal Court Music and Music was honored by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site with activities taking place for 03 days (from June 16-18, 2023).
Specifically, the 30th Anniversary (1993 - 2023) of Hue Monuments Complex and 20 years (2003 - 2023) of Nha Nhac - Vietnamese Royal Court Music was honored by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and the Art Program honoring the heritage will take place at 20 on June 17, 2023 at Ngo Mon Square.
In addition, there are activities such as the opening of Giang Son Vietnam Exhibition on the Nine Tripod Cauldrons at Hue Royal Museum of Antiquities. Opening of the exhibition of Fine Arts and Heritage with the theme "Heritage of Court Performance and Painting Inspiration" at Thieu Phuong Garden, Imperial City. Opening the exhibition "Thieu Tri emperor's scripture and poetry" through the traditional calligraphy of Taiwan in Thai Binh Long, Imperial City...
The Celebration Program aims to comprehensively evaluate the achievements and journey of preserving and promoting the value of world cultural heritage in Thua Thien Hue province in recent decades towards a new journey of sustainable development, especially facilitating international exchange and cooperation in promoting the value of cultural heritage of countries around the world. The organization of the Celebration program will help Thua Thien Hue province introduce, honor and enhance the value of world cultural heritage in Hue; have more opportunities to introduce the land rich in traditional cultural values, beautiful natural landscapes, the people of the former capital peacefully, friendly, elegant and hospitable; at the same time, continue to ensure the serious implementation of commitments to UNESCO in the management, protection and promotion of cultural heritage values to concretize implementation measures, further strengthen Vietnam - UNESCO cooperation towards the goal of preserving and preserving heritage for future generations.
