Held from June 3 to June 9, 2023, this year's Kite Festival brings together artists representing the Malaysian, Singaporean, and Thai Kite Associations; Golden Kite Clubs - Nam Dinh, Phoenix Art Kite Club, Sunflower Kite Club - Ho Chi Minh City, Kite Artistic Group of Hue to participate in a series of kite flying performances, displays and kite-making experiences. This is also an opportunity for local, domestic as well as international artisans to meet, exchange, learn from experience, improve their expertise and introduce their country's cultural identity to the cultures of countries around the world.
The exhibition space with more than 120 kites of all kinds of traditional as well as modern kites is located in Tu Tuong Park, a convenient location for visitors and locals to enjoy. Along with the exhibition space, kite-making instruction activities take place in the morning from 9 am to 11 pm, and in the afternoon from 3 pm to 5 pm on the days from June 3 to June 8 for students, children, and visitors who want to experience.
