Held from July 3 to July 10, 2026, Hue Ao Dai Week 2026 brings a chain of diverse festivities at cultural and heritage spaces in the city. In addition to the opening art program, and “Huong giang det dang kinh ky” (Huong Giang weaves the capital's silhouette), the event also features traditional costume, exhibition, tailoring crafts display, photo contest, activities for students and events at museums, heritage sites and ancient villages.

The highlight of the event is commemorating Lord Vo Vuong Nguyen Phuc Khoat, who is considered to have credited with laying the foundation for the formation and development of the Vietnamese Ao Dai.
