A Celebration of Vietnam's Rich Culinary Heritage
The opening ceremony welcomed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Standing Member of the Hue City Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee, alongside representatives from various departments, agencies, and a large crowd of locals and tourists.
This large-scale cultural-tourism event honors the outstanding values of Vietnamese cuisine, particularly Hue's royal culinary traditions. It promotes Hue as an attractive destination for domestic and international visitors passionate about exploring traditional culture and food.
Running for four days from December 18 to 21, 2025, at Thuong Bac Park, the festival energizes the year-end holiday season in the ancient capital.
