Hue Matsuri 2023 officially concludes with a grand success

The journey to explore the "World of Manga" at the 2-day HUE MATSURI festival came to an end with the participation of thousands of guests and young people who love Manga Anime and love exploring cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Japan.
