    After nearly a year of construction, on the morning of June 7th, the Hue Imperial Citadel Conservation Center organized the inauguration ceremony for the Conservation, Restoration, and Enhancement Project of the Tomb of Nghi Thiên Chương, Empress Từ Dũ, part of the Tomb of Emperor Thiệu Trị complex in Thủy Bằng commune, Huế city.

The event was organized by Hue - A City to Reduce Plastics in Central Vietnam project, funded by WWF-Norway (through the World Wide Fund for Nature in Vietnam, WWF-Vietnam, and received by the People's Committee of Hue City), in collaboration with Hue Urban Environment and Public Works Joint Stock Company (HEPCO). Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee, attended the event.

Recently, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center has upgraded and completed the Festival Hue website (accessible at (https://huefestival.com/)), making it the sole, comprehensive, and convenient source of information for locals and tourists about the Hue Festival online. This initiative is part of the practical activities to promote the Hue Festival, especially the peak week of the Hue Festival 2024 with the theme "Cultural Heritage with Integration and Development," which will take place from June 7 to June 12, 2024.

This initiative, utilizing Phygital Labs technology, marks the beginning of applying technology to preserve and promote the cultural heritage values being preserved in Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam.

    On April 2nd, 2024, PAPI (Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index) ranking 2023 was released at a conference held in Hanoi city. Scoring 46,0414 points, Thua Thien Hue province leads country-wide PAPI ranking 2023. This showed public satisfaction with adopting policy, law, local governance and public service delivery in 2023.
