On May 23, 2023, the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province issued plan No. 188/KH-UBND on organizing ASEAN culture and art exhibition 2023. Accordingly, the exhibition will be held at Tu Tuong park from August 30 to September 15, 2023. Photos featuring ASEAN countries, their festivals, cultural and religious activities will be on display.

This activity is aimed at successfully implementing the project on making a plan and implementing goals of ASEAN Culture and Society Community till 2025 and governmental action program on spreading ASEAN. This event creates an opportunity to strengthen ASEAN friendship; promote exchange, cultural cooperation, mutual understanding, and close-knit relation between Thua Thien Hue province and the embassies of ASEAN countries. On this occasion, ASEAN countries have a chance to introduce their culture and art to domestic and foreign visitors.
