Accordingly, in these two days, Vietnamese visitors will be allowed to enter Hue monuments for free.
This exemption policy is a practical effort to create favorable conditions for locals and domestic visitors to go sightseeing, experience and learn more about historic and cultural values of Hue Monument Complex – the world cultural heritage.
On this occasion, locals and visitors reflect on national historical milestones, inspiring pride of revolutionary tradition, nurturing their love for the homeland and country, raising public awareness and responsibility of maintaining, conserving and promoting national cultural heritage.
The free admission to relics on national holidays also allows the community to access heritage, introduce Hue – the heritage city, the distinct festival city of Vietnam to locals and domestic visitors.
This entrance fee exemption is aligned with Resolution 55/2025/NQ-HĐND of the People’s Council of Hue City regarding the collection, management and usage of the admission fee to historic and cultural relics of Hue Monuments Complex.
With this meaningful policy, locals and domestic visitors have more opportunities to explore the system of relics, palaces, tombs and other special architecture of Hue ancient capital. This contributes to spreading notable values of Hue cultural heritage to the public.
