Significant scale and widespread influence
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thanh Tung – Rector of the University of Science, Hue University, and Co-Chair of the Organizing Committee, noted that from an initial 500 participants, the 2026 Preliminary Round saw a record 2,503 students from 635 schools across 34 provinces and cities. This demonstrates that the passion for technology has spread nationwide, earning the trust of parents and teachers alike.

Recognizing outstanding individuals and collectives
In the Final Round, 540 contestants competed fiercely. The Organizing Committee presented 344 awards, including 03 Champions, 37 First Prizes, 60 Second Prizes, 81 Third Prizes, and 163 Consolation Prizes.

Over its five-year journey, under the patronage of the Hue City People's Committee and the Vietnam Association for Information Processing (VAIP), Hue-ICT Challenge has evolved into a prestigious national tech arena.
