So far, mid-autumn festival has become a tradition of Vietnamese. It is associated with full-moon night, lantern parade, lion dance, mid-autumn party and family reunion. For Hue locals, mid-autumn festival is a big festive occasion for children and the elderly.

At the exhibition, visitors can find familiar images such as lion, drum, lantern, toy figurines made from sticky rice powder, types of sweets and crafts related to mid-autumn festival. Locals, particularly visitors and especially children have a chance to learn more about mid-autumn culture, get interesting experience and bring back their childhood memories.

“Sac mau ram thang tam” exhibition is a meaningful activity which spreads traditional cultural values as well as creates a space for children on mid-autumn festival occasion. The exhibition will be held until October 15, 2023.
