In the early morning, a large number of religious followers and visitors far and near gathered together at Thien Tien Giao Holy Palace. After a ceremony, the procession headed toward Hue Nam temple.
Key activities are held at Hue Nam temple such as festival opening and Cao Yet ceremony on August 23; main offering ceremony, praying for peace and prosperity for the nation and the people, procession of Holy Mother and the Four Palaces Council to Hai Cat village hall for ritual offerings. Besides, many other festivities are held at Hai Cat village hall, for example main offering ceremony, thanksgiving ceremony and festival closing ceremony.

Annually held in the third and the seventh lunar month, Hue Nam temple festival is known as a traditional activity to worship the Holy Mother Thien Y A Na. The colorful vibrant festival draws the attention of religious followers and thousands of participants.
