VnExpress Marathon Hue debuted in 2020 and quickly became a favorite destination for runners nationwide due to its scenic and historic routes around the ancient city of Hue. Combining running with tourism, many people visit Hue to explore the ancient capital while participating in the marathon. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

To promote the marathon movement in Vietnam, enhancing physical fitness, and boosting tourism development in the city by showcasing Vietnam's beautiful landscapes through the race, the VnExpress Marathon Hue 2024 will take place on April 21st, 2024, in the city of Hue, with an estimated scale of 10,000 participants.

Returning to Hue for the 4th time, the organizing committee hopes to provide the best investment for participants in the VnExpress Marathon Hue 2024 with every effort from the organizing team and local authorities. Registration for the VnExpress Marathon Hue 2024 begins on January 2nd, 2024. 🎽

Starting from April 2024, the Summer Festival "Capital Illumination" program will kick off with a series of remarkable events and activities aimed at honoring and promoting the cultural heritage of Hue. The VnExpress Marathon Hue 2024 is a key sports event in Thua Thien Hue province, serving as the opening event for the Summer Festival. It aims to attract domestic and international tourists as well as athletes to Hue for participation, sightseeing, and tourism.
