In accordance with Resolution 54 - NQ/TW of the Politburo on "Building and Developing Thua Thien Hue Province by 2030, with a vision to 2045," the direction for Thua Thien Hue is to become a centrally governed city based on the conservation and promotion of the values of the ancient capital's heritage and the cultural identity of Hue. This involves cultural, heritage, ecological, landscape, environmentally friendly, and intelligent features.
Following the successful organization of the first International Forum on "Green Transportation, Smart Urban Development, Trends of Thua Thien Hue Province" on December 16, 2022, the Thua Thien Hue Information Technology Center (HueCIT) is collaborating with SMC Hue Company Limited to organize the second International Forum with the theme "Hue - Information Technology - Promoting Sustainable Development" this year. The goal is to further leverage the role of information technology in the conservation and sustainable development of the heritage values of the ancient capital and the cultural identity of Hue.
