Hue wonderverse fest 2026 - with the theme "City Awakening"
Taking place from August 30 to September 1, 2026, at Ha Huy Tap Square, this year's Hue Wonderverse Fest 2026 is free to enter and is expected to attract over 500,000 tourists along with millions of reaches across domestic and international media platforms.
More than just a music festival, Hue Wonderverse is oriented to develop into a signature cultural-music international festival IP (Intellectual Property) of Hue City under a long-term strategy. As an annual music week, it aims to foster cultural industries, creative economies, tourism growth, and promote Hue’s image as a destination to the global market.
Under the theme "City Awakening", Hue Wonderverse creates a next-generation festival ecosystem where heritage is narrated through the language of music, art, and modern performance technology. The highlight of the festival is a world-class multisensory stage integrated with LEDs, Visual Mapping, Interactive Media, and laser performance technology aiming to set a Vietnamese record, along with various advanced performance effects to offer a unique experiential journey that connects Hue's heritage with the creative and integrative spirit of the era.
Another key highlight of Hue Wonderverse Fest 2026 is the debut of Long Ma (The Dragon-Horse)—the official mascot of the festival. Inspired by the sacred mythical creature in Hue's culture, Long Ma is reimagined through visual arts and contemporary performance technology, becoming a bridge between the historical depth of the Ancient Capital and the creative energy of the new generation. For the first time, the image of Long Ma is transformed into a digital art medium, driving the entire festival experience and contributing to building a unique brand identity for Hue Wonderverse in the seasons to come.
The centerpiece of the festival features 2 mega-concert nights:
