The Opening Ceremony of the Huế International Arts Festival Week 2024 will be held for the first time at the Kiến Trung Palace. This event will kick off a series of exciting activities during the festival week. The artistic program will be a spectacular night of sound and light, showcasing creativity based on the cultural heritage values of the nation and humanity. The show will be meticulously staged with the support of modern technology. The performances will depict Huế as a city of sustainable development with the aspiration "Radiant for Millennia" and its proactive integration with the world for mutual growth.

2. Royal Palace Banquet

At the Royal Palace Banquet held in the courtyard of Cần Chánh Palace, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the fascinating experience of Nguyễn Dynasty royal cuisine. Additionally, attendees will be treated to the most unique and exemplary performances of Nhã nhạc, Huế royal court music, which is recognized as a World Cultural Heritage.

3. Concert Night "Trịnh Công Sơn – The Found Love"

- 📍 Location: Kiến Trung Palace, Huế Imperial City

The concert night "Trịnh Công Sơn – The Found Love" is organized by the Huế Festival Committee in collaboration with the family of composer Trịnh Công Sơn and BamBoo Artists Agency. The event will take place at 7:30 PM on June 9, 2024, at the Kiến Trung Palace stage, Huế Imperial City. 

The program features performances by many famous singers (tentative), including Cẩm Vân, Trần Mạnh Tuấn, Quang Dũng, Hà Trần, Đức Tuấn, Ngọc Khuê, Tấn Sơn, Viết Thu, and An Trần. It will be hosted by Tùng Leo and include DJ Huy Ngô, Korean violinist Jmi Ko, conductor Dustin Tiêu, and the Orchestra Imagin Philharmonic (IPO). The contemporary dance group Lyricist by Alexander Tú and the display of Huế áo dài collection by designer Trịnh Hoàng Diệu will also be part of the event.

This concert promises to be a highlight, honoring the cultural values of Huế through the image and works of the talented musician and native son of Huế, Trịnh Công Sơn.

4. Program “Royal Gastronomy”

The Royal Gastronomy is a special culinary event during the Huế Festival 2024, offering guests a unique and exciting experience. The event combines a buffet dinner with performances of royal court arts in the shimmering, magical setting of Trường Sanh Palace—one of the twenty most beautiful sights of the Nguyễn Dynasty's capital. 

Guests will enjoy a buffet featuring traditional Huế cuisine (including 37 dishes and 5 types of fruits). Additionally, they will have the opportunity to explore and admire the Thượng Uyển Garden, vibrant with colors, while enjoying exquisite royal court performances.
