Directions: Khe Ngang Lake is located in Huong Tra town, approximately 12km from the city center of Hue. First, you travel along the Perfume River towards Thiên Mụ Pagoda, then proceed to the Hue bypass road. At this point, there will be a sign indicating the way to Khe Ngang Lake. Simply follow the directions on the sign to reach your destination.
2. Lập An Lagoon
Lập An Lagoon is a tourist destination located next to National Highway 1A, passing through Lăng Cô town, Phú Lộc district, Thừa Thiên – Huế province. It is also one of the largest brackish water lagoons in the land of Huế, covering an area of approximately 800 hectares. At different times, Lập An Lagoon showcases varying beauty. Particularly, from April to July, the clear skies and sunny weather enhance the enchanting charm of this area. If you have the opportunity to witness the sunset here, you will surely be amazed by the poetic and romantic beauty of the Huế region.

Directions: Lập An Lagoon is situated at the foot of Phú Gia Pass, along National Highway 1A, passing through Lăng Cô town, making it easily accessible. You can start from the city center, follow the route Hùng Vương - An Dương Vương - Nguyễn Tất Thành, and then continue onto Lý Thánh Tông Street where you will see a sign directing you to Phước Tượng Tunnel. Follow the directions and proceed straight ahead until you reach Lập An Lagoon.
3. Vọng Cảnh Hill
Vọng Cảnh Hill in Huế is a must-visit destination for travelers exploring the city. It boasts a perfect blend of natural elements, including sky, water, mountains, and trees. Moreover, Vọng Cảnh Hill is renowned as the best spot to admire the sunset in Huế. Despite its modest size and somewhat intimidating height, the hill attracts many adventure seekers. The reason lies in its romantic and picturesque scenery. A special highlight is the Perfume River flowing gently at the foot of the hill. Directions: Located approximately 7km from the city center of Huế, reaching Vọng Cảnh Hill is not overly challenging. From the city center, take Hoài Thanh Street until you reach Lê Ngô Cát Street, then turn right onto Huyền Trân Công Chúa Street. Continue straight on this road for another 4km until you reach your destination.
4. Tam Giang Lagoon
The distance from Tam Giang Lagoon to the city center of Huế is approximately 30km. This tourist destination in Huế is increasingly attracting visitors due to its pristine, peaceful, and romantic beauty. In the past, Tam Giang Lagoon, along with Thuận An Estuary and the Perfume River, was the main waterway to access the imperial capital of Huế. Anyone wishing to reach the capital had to cross the lagoon.
Currently, it is common to find tours to Tam Giang Lagoon in Huế that include activities such as sunrise and sunset viewing at the lagoon. If you only have one day in Huế, you can visit in the late afternoon to catch the sunset, spend the night, and then witness the sunrise over Tam Giang Lagoon the next morning. This will be an unforgettable experience in every traveler's journey to explore the tourism map of Huế.

Directions: To reach Tam Giang Lagoon, start from Lê Duẩn Street near the Huế Imperial Citadel, then proceed straight and turn left onto Huỳnh Thúc Kháng Street. Continue straight until you reach the ancient village of Bao Vinh, where you will encounter a sign. Follow the sign to reach Sịa town. From there, continue to Cồn Tộc ferry terminal, then hire a boat to explore the lagoon or cross to the other side to reach Tam Giang Lagoon.
