“Xay dung truong mam non Phu Luong co so le Giang Tay” (building Phu Luong kindergarten, Giang Tay branch) aims to provide children living in Phu Luong commune (Phu Vang district, Hue city) a standard learning environment and to accelerate local development. Additionally, it aims to ensure that the school attendance rates reach 45 % for preschool-aged children and 95% for kindergarten-aged children, respectively. Universal preschool education for children from 3 to 5 years old is another goal of the project. The foundation will construct 4 classrooms, 1 office room, 4 restrooms, 2 staff restrooms, 2 warehouses, 1 kitchen and 1 roofed playground. In addition, the walking path within the kindergarten will also repaired. The total construction area is 440m2.
This document clearly states that the People's Committee of Hue city is responsible for managing the funding while the People's Committee of Phu Vang district is assigned to receive and spend the non-project aid as regulated by law.
