On March 26th, the Vietnam Railways Corporation, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province, and the People's Committee of Da Nang City jointly organized the inauguration of a tourist train running on the route between Hue and Da Nang, named "Connecting the Heritage of Central Vietnam".
The railway line from Hue to Da Nang is considered one of the most beautiful routes in the country. With a travel time of approximately 3 hours, the train will take passengers through the Hai Van Pass, known as the "most majestic pass in the world," to reach Da Nang - home to a coastline honored as one of the six most beautiful beaches on the planet. In the opposite direction (Da Nang to Hue), passengers will set foot in the heritage land of Hue - the ancient capital. From the train, passengers can admire the majestic and breathtaking natural scenery, where the Truong Son mountain range meets the vast sea.
During the initial operation period, the train consists of 5 modern air-conditioned soft-seat coaches and 1 community activity coach, promising to be an impressive "mobile" check-in point for tourists.
