On the morning of December 19, at its 82 Hung Vuong campus in Hue City, Hue College collaborated with Phygital Labs JSC to host the announcement ceremony for the copyright of the "Self-Authentication Document Software" and its application in the college's digital transformation efforts.
Mr. Nguyen Huy of Phygital Labs hands over a sample diploma integrated with Nomion technology using NFC/RFID chips for authentication to Hue College.
The Self-Authentication Document Software employs the Nomion technology solution, which interacts with NFC/RFID chips for identity verification, enabling the easy identification of authentic documents issued by the institution. This innovation serves individual and organizational needs for diploma and certificate verification while simplifying administrative procedures and ensuring data security during authentication.
Through NFC/RFID chips embedded in each diploma, the Nomion solution offers two primary features: document information retrieval and authenticity verification. This allows organizations, businesses, employers, and individuals to verify diplomas and certificates anytime, anywhere, using a smartphone or internet-connected computer.
Dr. Hoang Bao Hung, Principle of Hue College, delivers remarks at the event.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Hoang Bao Hung emphasized: "The implementation of the Self-Authentication Document Software not only enhances the institution’s management efficiency, saving time and costs, but also facilitates students and stakeholders in verifying diploma information. This is a significant milestone in the college’s digital transformation journey, showcasing innovation and leadership."
The software, developed by Phygital Labs JSC, automates the process of verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of diplomas and certificates. With its cutting-edge technology, the software promises to minimize diploma forgery, fostering trust and transparency in the education sector.
