Within the framework of the National Tourism Year 2025, “100 Flavors – Michelin-Starred Chefs” event will take place from November 23 to November 30, 2025 in Hue City and Ho Chi Minh City. The event is believed to bring international culinary essences to harmonize with Vietnamese culinary heritage, position Vietnam as a leading Asian destination for both gastronomy and tourism.

Accompanying “100 Flavors” is “Dinner Incredible”, the international culinary project which won the hearts of foodies in Rome, Tokyo, Singapore and New York will also take place. This project was founded by Giorgio Diana. At each destination, a harmony between indigenous cultural heritage and world culinary techniques will be created by leading Michelin chefs. Thanks to Chef Michael Bao, Vietnam which is rich in ingredients, emotions, heritages and creativity is the next destination in 2025. This project marks the return of a Vietnamese chef in international stage.

As scheduled, a gala dinner will be held at the five star hotel, La Vela Saigon Hotel on November 26, 2025 to honor the contemporary fine dining style.

On November 28, 2025, “Da Yen Hoang Cung” (royal banquet) will be held at Hue Times Square. The culinary heritage and the essence of famous court music create a quintessence passed down through generations, affirming the diversity and depth of Vietnamese culinary culture on the international map.
