Co-held by the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Hue City and Hue Festival Organizer, the event is a special culture and community activity to honor values of traditional vegetarian dishes and spread the green and healthy lifestyle, the spirit of compassion and humanity in the community.
This year’s festival attracts 56 stalls with over 100 carefully-prepared vegetarian dishes from hotels, restaurants and pagodas, serving around 5.000 turns of diners. Thanks to the careful preparation, the balance between flavors, colors and nutritious values, the festival is expected to offer locals and visitors diverse and unique experience of Hue culinary art.
