According to the Organizing Committee of Hue Festival 2023, from July to September, there are about 18 main programs and activities and 23 responding activities. The highlight of the Autumn Festival is the Ao Dai festival associated with Hue Community Ao Dai Week, which combines fun activities for the Mid-Autumn Festival such as the Lantern Festival, the Lion Festival, and the display, installation, and procession activities. Some notable programs and activities in July such as: Gratitude Ceremony for Vo Vuong Nguyen Phuc Khoat and Ao Dai performance; Hue Singing Arts Festival; Hue Community Ao Dai Week in 2023; Ao Dai Festival; Festival "Huong xua lang co"; Science Festival.
The response activities taking place in July 2023 include Soul Sacrifice ceremony; Bat Trang ceramic art space; Exhibition of manuscripts of the Nguyen Dynasty; Travel photo contest “Enjoy summer”; Autumn art exhibition; Exhibition "Drawing on the heritage of Hue Ancient Capital 2023" and activities of composing, experiencing, displaying and performing Ao Dai; Karate tournament.
