The train, named Sjourney, is known as the “ultra-luxurious” train. This is the 5-star luxurious train specifically designed to serve tourists who are in love with visiting and traveling to Vietnam by train. The fare for the trip costs 7.320 USD per passenger in December 2024. In 2025, the ticket price will rise to 8.610 USD per passenger.

The interior of the train compartments is made from high-quality wood, with comfortable beds and warm lighting, providing the most comfortable and pleasant experiences for passengers. Each compartment is fully equipped with amenities such as simple or double beds, a private bathroom, and a large window that allow passengers to enjoy the scenic views outside.

On each train journey, passengers are served luxury meals featuring both local and international dishes. The onboard meals are prepared by 5-star chefs, with a menu that blends traditional Vietnamese cuisine with modern Western styles. The journey also includes a custom-designed tour, planned to follow the passengers’ preferences, allowing them to explore various tourist attractions along the length of the country.

According to information from the local tourism sector, SJourney is a train designed to international standards. With train codes SE61 and SE62, it passes through famous destinations such as Ninh Binh, Quang Binh, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, and Ho Chi Minh City. The journey is an 8-day, 7-night trans-Vietnam trip, connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

On the morning of December 22, when the train arrived at Hue Station, the local tourism department organized a welcome ceremony, presented souvenir gifts, and introduced tourists to information about Hue’s tourism.

After arriving at Hue Station, tourists will have the opportunity to experience the Hue Imperial Citadel, the Minh Mang Mausoleum, the Tiger Arena (Ho Quyen), Thanh Tien paper flower village, traditional copper casting village, and more…. The train will depart to Quang Binh at 10:00 PM on the same day.
