Location: Hue City; The Opening Ceremony will take place on the evening of June 6 at Ngo Mon (Noon Gate) Square.

The 2026 People's Public Security Military, Martial Arts, and Sports Festival – Region II is a large-scale event of the People's Public Security forces, gathering nearly 3,000 officers, soldiers, coaches, referees, and athletes from various units across the country. This is an occasion to evaluate the results of training, physical fitness, martial arts, and professional skills of officers and soldiers, while enhancing exchange and learning among different units.

The group stage of the 2026 People's Public Security Military, Martial Arts, and Sports Festival - Region II is organized by the Ministry of Public Security and co-hosted by the Hue City Public Security Bureau, taking place from June 4 to 11, 2026, in Hue City.

The highlight of the event is the opening program featuring various special performances, including military music, martial arts, Qigong, motorcycle escorts, cavalry, applied shooting, as well as firefighting and rescue operations. Along with these are the military, martial arts, and sports competitions held throughout the duration of the Festival.

The selection of Hue City to host the event not only affirms its capacity to organize national-scale activities but also contributes to promoting the image of a dynamic, safe, and culturally rich centrally-run city. This is also an opportunity for local residents and tourists to experience the vibrant atmosphere of a major sports festival within the unique heritage space of the ancient capital of Hue.

To provide opportunities for local residents and tourists to interact and take photos with the forces participating in the 2026 People's Public Security Military, Martial Arts, and Sports Festival, the Organizing Committee plans to hold interactive street activities along several central streets of Hue City following the rehearsal sessions.

🗓 Post-Preliminary Rehearsal (Evening of June 4)

• Estimated Time: 20:40

🔹 The Escort Motorcycle Team and the Cavalry Mobile Police Corps will parade through the city's central streets and make stops to interact with the public at:

• Nghinh Luong Dinh Area: Sightseeing and commemorative photo-taking.

• The parade will then proceed along the route: Le Duan – Tran Hung Dao – Truong Tien Bridge – Le Loi – Doi Cung.

• Second Stop: The intersection of Doi Cung – Tran Cao Van – Ben Nghe – Nguyen Thai Hoc – Vo Thi Sau. Here, the forces will interact and take photos with the public before concluding the route.

🗓 Post-Dress Rehearsal (Evening of June 5)

• Estimated Time: 21:40

🔹 The Escort Motorcycle Team

• Route: Moving from Kim Long Street to Nguyen Hoang Bridge.

• The team will make a U-turn at the southern area of Nguyen Hoang Bridge and stop for a public meet-and-greet at the northern area of the bridge.

• The parade continues along the route: Kim Long – Da Vien Bridge – Bui Thi Xuan – Le Loi.

• Final Stop: The Quoc Hoc Monument area for interaction and photo-taking with the public.

🔹 The Cavalry Mobile Police Corps

• Route: Moving along the path of Da Vien Bridge – Bui Thi Xuan – Le Loi.

• Stop: Halting at the Quoc Hoc Monument area to interact and take photos with local residents and tourists before concluding the program.
