The program is broadcast live on VTV2 channel and Nghe An High School and connects two points of Nghe An bridge (at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City). ) and Hue Bridge (at Song Perfume Theater, Hue City) on the evening of May 12, 2023.

This is the first time that an art program about President Ho Chi Minh has been jointly held between Nghe An and Hue, two places associated with his childhood before he left to find a way to save the country.

Together with the homeland of Nghe, Thua Thien Hue is considered the second homeland, where the imprint of the youth of President Ho Chi Minh and his family is imprinted. This is where Uncle Ho's noble mother - Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan rested in the west of Ban Mountain (Tam Floor Mountain) in Hue for 30 years, until 1922 she was brought back to her motherland. Hue is the place where Uncle Ho lived, worked, studied, participated in patriotic activities, initially molded and formed his patriotic and love-loving people, from which he decided to go and find a way to "save" people - save the country".

The art program "Mother of Lotus Village" at Hue Bridge is implemented by the Organizing Committee of Hue Festival 2023, under the direction of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee.
