The festival was organized annually in the Spring, then every three years in the 20th century.
The offering ritual ceremony was practiced on a high altar stage and the offerings includes three sacrificed animals: barbecued cow, goat, and pig.
The King and other officiatinf priests presided the festival. The ritual preparation and ceremony are performed meticulously.
