Tourism revenue is expected to be in the range of 7,500 - 8,000 billion VND. The provincial tourism industry seeks to speed up its digital transition by focusing on smart management, experiences, and promotion. Tourism products will be developed with a strong brand identity based on Hue's cultural legacy, as well as numerous tourism-boosting solutions.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Binh stated that 2024 will be a critical year for the province, with the province seeking to achieve excellent success in realizing the project to raise Thua Thien Hue to a centrally-managed municipality. The role of the tourism service is critical in this regard. The province will focus on a variety of projects to transform Hue into a national cultural and tourism center, placing it as the province's primary economic sector.
