Through the challenge, potential start-up and innovation projects are selected, found, honored and incubated. The organizer expects to actualize start-up projects/ideas, focus on science, technology and information technology as well as attract the concern and support of the society and businesses.

The Thua Thien Hue Start-up and Innovation Challenge 2024 welcomes organizations, and individuals regardless of age and living places (except for foreigners) whose start-up ideas and projects potentially develop based on intellectual property and technology. These projects should be new business models to be implemented in the province. Start-up businesses should have their business registration certificate registered for the first time in no more than 5 years. Each start-up organization, individual, and business is allowed to submit more than one entry.

As planned, the preparation process will take place from February to March 2024. From March to August 2024, the challenge will be introduced. Side-line activities will be held from April to October 2024. Entries must be handed in no later than July 31, 2024. The marking process will be carried out in October 2024.
