“Intercultural Meeting Place” is a cultural place that has just been opened on April 26, 2023 by Prof. PhD.  Thai Kim Lan. This is also the address of Lan Vien Co Tich 2 in addition to Lan Vien Co Tich 1 – Huong River Ancient Pottery Museum on Nguyen Phuc Nguyen Street.

"Intercultural Meeting Place" is the space where activities on painting, music, theater, film, literature, literature and philosophy will take place... to create space for writers and artists to exchange and compose, introduce authors and works to the public.

This space will also create an inter-cultural connection between Hue and the world, creating a forum for art and literature, and East-West cultural exchange.

"Intercultural Meeting Place" also aims at social integration activities with programs accompanying local authorities to preserve the historical space of Gia Hoi ancient town, creating a spread of environmental awareness.

According to Prof. PhD.  Thai Kim Lan, the desire to establish an intercultural address in Hue was cherished by her return to Vietnam in the 80s and 90s. This is an opportunity for the people of the city, especially young people, to meet, exchange, learn and talk about culture with tourists, researchers, artists, students, merchants... from countries around the world. An enlightened exchange address of culture in an atmosphere of equality and common people.

"Intercultural Meeting Place" will create a playground for writers and artists to exchange and compose, and introduce themselves and their works to the masses in the context and context of "New Old - East-West".
